Fees:
Fees will vary greatly depending on the type of treatment needed. Fees will be based on the tooth involved, the type of treatment necessary, and the extent of the treatment provided. During your consultation we will discuss the necessary number of visits, their lengths, and the fees involved.

Dental Insurances:
Innovative Endodontics is affiliated with Dental Network of America (DNOA)/Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, GEHA/Connection PPO, Guardian/First Commonwealth PPO, Cigna DPPO Radius Network, Delta Premier, and Humana/CompBenefits PPO dental insurance companies.  We will also, however, submit to non-network insurances. Our staff will help you determine your exact insurance benefits at the time of your consultation. We are happy to be able to provide these services for our patients, to see that they receive the full benefits of their coverages.

Our office is happy to offer flexible payment options, we offer no interest and low interest payment plans through Citi Card and Care Credit. Please click on the link below for more information.

Recalls:
A recall is a follow up appointment after your treatment to make sure your tooth is healing properly. Recall appointments are included in the cost of treatment. 

Release of Information:
When you come to our office you will be asked to sign this agreement. Please read over it ahead of time, and ask any questions you may have during your visit:

I authorize the dentist or insurance company to release any information required  for payment or review of this claim. I hereby authorize my insurance benefits be  paid directly to the dentist and I accept financial responsibility for any balances due.
