Our Office:

Our state of the art office is easily accessible by metra, CTA (buses or trains), or car. Located on the northside of Chicago, just off of the 90/94 expressway, we are conveniently located for all patients.

 

We have staff and doctors fluent in Polish and Spanish. Helping patients to understand what they are going through is very important to us.
